The top 5 phobias I see regularly are about flying, spiders, needles, dogs and claustrophobia. Although sometimes, some less ordinary pop up. It doesn't matter what the phobia is about, it's debilitating all the same, whether you're scared of snakes or macaronis.
The good news is that you can free yourself from that overreaction fast. Will it mean you will love what you currently fear? Maybe, maybe not, but at the very least, you will be able to remain calm and act rationally.
Below is the feedback from someone who was terrified of flying and can now fully enjoy her travels after just one session.

Getting up on stage in front of an audience and performing without a script may sound like the opposite of anxiety treatment, but new research is beginning to show that theatrical improvisation may actually help people cope with their anxiety disorders.

Now, the question is whether you would prefer:
* a face-to-face workshop in Folkestone
* or do it online via Zoom?

Please let me know in the comments, or feel free to PM me directly if you prefer. The workshop lasts about 90 minutes.

Whatever problem you may be facing right now, no matter how doom and gloom you might feel, talk to someone about it. With help, it can become easier to deal or cope with things.

We ask ourselves questions all the time, but did you realise that the type of questions you ask yourself can either keep you stuck, drag you down, or free you and help you move forward?

This is a quick demo of a version of the Betty Erickson 3-2-1 technique for self-hypnosis.
This is a simple yet very effective technique.
Health & Safety warnings (and common sense): do not watch this video if you are doing anything requiring your attention such as operating heavy machinery, performing brain surgery, child minding, etc... Also, give this a miss if you have a history of psychosis or known psychiatric disorder.
For everybody else, just enjoy and relax.
