There are very simple yet effective techniques allowing you to manage the symptoms of stress and anxiety. Those are very useful as part of a mental aid first aid kit.

While I can’t remove your source of stress, I can help you relax for a while.
This 20 (ish) minutes video will help you go on a mini holiday, in the privacy of your own mind. See this as a well deserved time-out! All you need is a comfy place (sitting or lying down), and not be disturbed for the next 25 minutes or so.
Do not listen to this if you’re doing anything that requires your full attention (driving, operating machinery, brain surgery, juggling chainsaws, etc…). Listen to it later.
You might want to set an alarm or a timer for about 25 minutes as some people tend to relax so much they fall asleep.
