When talking about their phobias, clients often say “I know it’s silly but…”, “it sounds crazy but ….”

It’s not silly nor crazy, it’s simply an exaggerated irrational and emotional response.

I’ve helped people with phobias about spiders, snakes, dogs, flying, being sick, public speaking, rain (yes, in the UK), tubular foods, leaving the house, claustrophobia, shirt buttons, fish, birds, driving, horses, frogs, etc… They are all working the same way.

You cannot reason with it. Most people know that logically, rationally, their fear is an overreaction. But their emotional side doesn’t care about facts and statistics and keeps running the same response, trying to over-protect them.

With hypnotherapy, I can help phobia sufferers be free fast, so they can move on and leave their lives in an enjoyable manner, while of course remaining safe. The vast majority of cases can be dealt with in just one session, no matter how long they’ve lived with it (most start in early childhood).

If that’s your case, no matter how long you’ve had that phobia, no matter how silly or embarrassing you think it is (they all are), give me a call.

If you have a phone phobia, send me a message using the form here.
